Terms and Conditions
Your party booking is with Dinky Parties and is confirmed when we have received your deposit or full payment. The deposit is non refundable and the remaining event charge must be paid to the entertainer on arrival in cash on the day of the event unless stated otherwise. All party extras are liable to the supplier's terms and conditions which will be provided when booking. All party extras must be paid in full.
Please note that we supply sweets, prizes and suitable gifts at our parties, however, the Dinky Parties entertainer cannot be held responsible for any harm caused. We cannot guarantee that our sweets are nut free. It is the responsibility of the client to inform, the party organiser if any children that will be attending the party have any allergies, illnesses or any other type of disability. If you do not wish us to supply sweets, prizes or gifts then please notify us prior to the event so that we can agree and arrange alternatives.
Safety is very important to us, we will do all that we can to ensure that no injury occurs to any persons at our events. However, in the unlikely event that an accident occurs, Dinky Parties cannot be held responsible. Please note that small items are not suitable for very young children, adults should inflate balloons and supervise their use at all times.
Dinky Parties do not accept any liability and shall not be liable for non completion of the event or for any delays arising as a result of:
• Epidemics / Coronavirus
• Bad weather
• Loss, damage or cancelation due to fire, floods or any other cause beyond it's reasonable control
• State funerals and days of public mourning
• Strikes, riots or lock outs affecting any trade with which Dinky Parties is concerned
• Failure of the entertainer to arrive at the appointed place and time due to circumstances beyond their control
All Dinky Parties entertainers are Criminal Record Bureau (CRB) checked and registered and have public liability insurance.
We do not accept liability for any damages that may occur on site. The venue is the responsibility of the client. The host/parent is responsible at all times for the general supervision of children within the party venue and for insuring that children only leave the party venue with their own parent or guardian. Our entertainers are booked to entertain the children, if children become unruly or badly behaved it is the responsibility of the parents or hosts not the entertainer to control them. Our responsibility is strictly limited to the supervision of party activities provided by us.
We do not wish to violate or infringe upon any copyright laws. We have costumes, characters, wigs and props derived from our imaginations and DO NOT claim to be associated with any copyrighted or name brand character
